I am Phil Murray, the Manager of CASA Charity Shop & Therapy Centre.
I also do therapy. A large number of my clientele are people with special needs and Mental handicap. We also cater for able body people and the proceeds from therapies go towards CASA (Caring And Sharing Association).
Casa is a national voluntary organisation whose goals and aims are set by the needs of disabled person. In order to ensure a very high level of commitment from their volunteers. Their aim is simply to develop friendship between their helpers and members with special needs through year round activities and social events organised by the many CASA groups active throughout Ireland.
It provide social activities, pilgrimage to Lourdes holidays and respite care in their Break houses for those who are sick or have special needs.
By using the CASA Holistic Therapy Centre in Longford you are also contributing to a most worthy cause. The centre is now open Monday to Saturday with late opening Thursday and Friday.
